Some customers like an onsite presence, others like us to stay away & provide support where possible remotely. Whilst experience has taught us that your IT infrastructure is most reliable with a constant IT presence via a scheduled service program, we are flexible in what is most comfortable for our customers.

A mix of both onsite & remote support is also available.

Either way, our customers have access to our helpdesk portal to better manage the logging of jobs & quote requests.
